In this project we investigate the morphology of physiologically characterized auditory cortical neurons by means of intracellular and juxtacellular staining methods. The detailed analysis of the dendritic and axonal branching pattern of the recorded neurons gives us information about the correlation of functional (e.g., frequency-tuning, lateralization) and anatomical properties.
