Annual Report:

Brain research is a fascinating issue with huge impact for many aspects of human life, starting from school politics and education, mental health and ageing societies to questions with philosophical dimensions.

Therefore, the public has much interest in the IfN research. The institute is committed to partnering with educators to engage students and teachers in learning about the brain and nervous system by integrating current, accurate neuroscience content into science teaching.

Many IfN members volunteer to be contacted by teachers, organizations and public societies. The aim of this effort is to raise awareness for current questions in learning and memory research and to translate the key issues.
