Research in our group focuses on the functional impact of the dynamic organization of signaling molecules in the neuronal membrane compartments. We are mainly interested in voltage gated ion channels, adhesion molecules and transmitter receptors.

Our research is funded by the ministry of education and cultural affairs of Saxony-Anhalt as well as the German research community (DFG).
